Uji-Gin Bowl From Gintama

I tryed Uji-Gin Bowl the other day.

Anyway, it tastes as similar as Japanese Ohagi. However the rice used in it is not for mochi rice cakes.

BTW, I heard that there is a food called "Ogura Toast" in Nagoya. I wonder how it tastes. Maybe I should ask somebody about it.

Also, to someone who loves mayonnaise, PLZ try Hijikata Special.
