I tryed Uji-Gin Bowl the other day.

Anyway, it tastes as similar as Japanese Ohagi. However the rice used in it is not for mochi rice cakes.
BTW, I heard that there is a food called "Ogura Toast" in Nagoya. I wonder how it tastes. Maybe I should ask somebody about it.
Also, to someone who loves mayonnaise, PLZ try Hijikata Special.

Too bad I couldn't see the photo.
I don't think non-Gintama fans can understand H.S!! lol
BTW, I went to Tokyo Big Sight from the 18th till today for a part time job!! lol :-D
I was a reception cleck at an event called "Nano Tech 2009".
That is the biggest point - "How many Gintama fans are reading this blog?" - lol.
However, I haven't arranged azuki bean pastes THAT much.
I've never been to Tokyo Big Sight nor worked as a reception clerk. :<
